Post-Pico Toning Care Instructions (For melasma, dullness, and skin brightening) ■ What to Avoid Do not rub, scrub, or press the treated area Avoid saunas, hot stone spas, and long baths Refrain from intense exercise and alcohol consumption Avoid excessive sun exposure ■ Managing Redness and Heat Sensation Mild redness or warmth may occur immediately after treatment, but usually subsides within a few hours to the next day If needed, gently cool the area with a cold towel or ice pack Skin may become dry more easily, so keep it well moisturized ■ Makeup & Skincare It is safest to avoid makeup on the day of treatment From the next day, makeup can be applied if redness has subsided Avoid using irritating skincare products (such as vitamin C, retinol, or peeling agents) for 2–3 days Be diligent with moisturizing and sunscreen use ■ Lifestyle Precautions (for about 1 week) Avoid sun exposure and always use sunscreen Refrain from saunas, hot stone spas, and intense exercise until at least the next day Wait at least 2 weeks before undergoing aesthetic treatments such as facials, cosmetic acupuncture, or other laser procedures ■ Treatment Timeline You may notice brighter skin even after one session For melasma, dullness, and pigmentation improvement, a series of 5–10 treatments every 2–4 weeks is recommended ■ When to Contact the Clinic Redness or irritation worsens after 2–3 days Severe pain, blistering, or pus occurs Hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation (light patches) appears If you have any concerns, please feel free to contact your clinic.
